The knowledge that you’re helping others is hugely empowering and, in turn, can make you feel happier and more fulfilled. Contributing to the causes you care about not only benefits the charities themselves, it can be deeply rewarding for you too. Millions of people give to charity and volunteer on a regular basis to support causes they believe in, as well as for the positive effect it has on their own lives. The Bible is clear throughout its pages that we’re called to give generously. In Psalm chapter 112 verse 5 highlights this:
“Good will come to those who are generous and lend freely, who conduct their affairs with justice”
So why is giving so gratifying? We get the answer in Proverbs 11:25:
“A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed”
However, we need more social media supporters who could help us in spreading the message. We are currently in a process of collecting a group of enthusiastic volunteers who could help us in next coming days.
